1. Order Processing
Once an order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed, our team will process the order for dispatch.
Order processing usually takes 1–3 business days, depending on product availability, order verification, packaging requirements, and operational conditions.
Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays, or after business hours may be processed on the next working day.
2. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship products across serviceable locations in India.
Delivery availability may depend on courier partner coverage, product type, shipping address, and location serviceability.
3. Shipping Charges
We currently offer free shipping across India on eligible orders placed through our website, unless otherwise mentioned on the product page, cart page, checkout page, or offer terms.
If any shipping charges apply, they will be clearly shown before order confirmation.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery timeline is generally:
- Metro cities: 3–7 business days
- Other cities and towns: 5–10 business days
- Remote or non-metro locations: 7–12 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, product availability, location, weather, public holidays, transport issues, or other factors beyond our control.
5. Order Tracking
Once the order is shipped, customers may receive tracking details by email, SMS, WhatsApp, or through the order status page, depending on available courier information.
Customers can use the tracking details to check shipment status directly with the courier partner.
6. Delivery Attempts
Courier partners may attempt delivery based on their standard delivery process.
Customers are responsible for providing correct and complete shipping information, including full address, pin code, phone number, and landmark if required.
We are not responsible for delivery delays or failed delivery due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Wrong phone number
- Customer not available at delivery address
- Refusal to accept delivery
- Courier partner unable to access the location
- Location not serviceable after order placement
7. Damaged Package at Delivery
If the package appears damaged, tampered, or opened at the time of delivery, customers are advised to refuse delivery or record clear photos/videos before accepting the package.
If a damaged product is received, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the package and product.
8. Delayed or Lost Shipment
If an order is delayed beyond the estimated timeline, customers may contact our support team.
We will coordinate with the courier partner and provide an update. If a shipment is confirmed lost by the courier partner, we may offer a replacement or refund as per our internal verification and policy terms.
9. Multiple Shipments
For orders containing multiple products, items may be shipped separately depending on availability, packaging requirements, or warehouse dispatch process.
