1. Order Cancellation Before Shipment

Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been processed and dispatched.

If the cancellation request is approved:

  • The order will be cancelled.
  • A full refund will be initiated to the original payment method.
  • Refund processing may take 7–15 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

2. Order Cancellation After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped, dispatched, or handed over to the courier partner:

  • Cancellation requests may not be accepted.
  • Customers may refer to our Return & Refund Policy after receiving the product.

3. Cancellation by 3DP TECHNOLOGY LLP

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Pricing or technical errors
  • Incomplete customer information
  • Payment verification issues
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

If an order is cancelled by us after payment has been received, a full refund will be processed.

4. Refund for Cancelled Orders

Approved cancellations will be refunded through the original payment method used during purchase.

Estimated refund timeline:

  • UPI Payments: 3–7 Business Days
  • Debit/Credit Cards: 5–10 Business Days
  • Net Banking: 5–10 Business Days

Actual refund timelines may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.
