Returns

    • Products can be returned within 14 days of receipt if they are defective or damaged.
    • The product must be in unused condition, in the original packaging, and with all accessories included.
  2. Return Process:

    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at support@3dptechnology.com with your order details and a description of the issue.
    • Once your return is approved, you will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to send the product back.
  3. Shipping Costs:

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Refunds

  1. Eligibility for Refunds:

    • Refunds will be issued for products that are returned within the 14-day window, in original condition, and with no signs of wear or damage.
  2. Refund Process:

    • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, your refund will be processed within 10-15 business days, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
  3. Non-refundable Products:

    • Products that have been used, customized, or damaged due to improper use are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges

  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, we will gladly replace it with a new one. Contact customer service to arrange the exchange.
